The service advisor that did the paperwork for my repairs was very helpful and informative. Took a while to get the wheel needed however, once it arrived, the work was completed quickly.
I continue to be disappointed with my experiences at the service center. This appointment was for an oil change, which took nearly 3 hours. In my opinion that is excessive. At the time of scheduling the appointment, I inquired about having a problem I’ve had with the windshield wiper assessed. I was told they would be able to look into during the oil change appointment but if parts were needed I may need to make a future follow up appt for the repair. Unreasonable wait time. Service itself was fine, but waiting 3 hours for an emission recheck was ridiculous.
Very professional and prompt service. The service man was very responsive and helpful. This made my experience very pleasant.

I asked for my tires to be checked out and they didn't notice all the dry rot . Those tires could have blown out while driving . Not good plus you lost selling me tires !!!!

The service depart was great. They got us back on the road quickly so we could get home - we live 100miles away.
Took two whole days for 1 tire to be replaced after my daughter curbed it and blew one up. No communication about what was going on or even when they were going to complete it. Took me complaining to management for anything to finally happen.
The overall buying experience was very good and on e we signed we were out the door within 2 hours. They also followed up with the additional items they committed to install on the vehicle. Highly recommended!
Service was fine, however, I found damage to my passenger front wheel which appears consistent with the work Jim Butler did.

This was the most pleasant car shopping I’ve done in my 60 years. From all indications a very good dealership with respect to the customer. Our salesman, Eli, was a breath of fresh air. He let our shopping and car selection process play out at OUR pace, which in my car shopping over the years has never been the case. He earned my business for our next car purchase when that need arises!

This was a fleet vehicle purchase, we were in a tough spot and needed a replacement vehicle fast. The fact that Jim Butler had vehicles that fit our needs already in their inventory and on their lot was a major plus. Morgan was suppose to send me an estimate. I had to call and sent her a text letting her know I did not get it. It was not until the next day that I received an estimate for repairs after calling the service department. There was no communication after approval of repairs from me. They had my vehicle for a week. I would rate Morgan a one star. Kim Hausmann did not work with me. Mike finally called me an informed me of the status of my vehicle.
I had an excellent experience with everyone! It is a real team effort and everyone works together to help get what you want. I am very happy with my purchase!
Since moving to Arnold 3 years ago I had to find another place to have my vehicle serviced. I''m glad to have found Jim Butler Chevrolet. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A dealership with a huge inventory of vehicles. They have many sales personnel and the service department is very well organized and top notch. Our salesman was Mikey Winick and he is an awesome person, a fantastic salesman at Jim Butler Chevrolet Dealership. Well we scheduled a tune up, oil change, was told dat it was free however when we got there they charged us $94.00 for oil change which was $30 more then what it would had been in cape Girardeau mo , and 2hr drive , and did not do the tune up, smdh , feel like tyme and money was not appropriate smh, ,
Bryan and Stacey made the whole double car buying experience enjoyable. Give them both a raise so that they won't leave you. (That comment was not solicited by them.) Top notch guys! Seriously, they took a situation that I did not think would work and made it work. I will be back in a few years to trade the two cars in for something else.

Friendly people. Very accommodating sales staff and service providers. Only problem is after more than two weeks I’m still waiting for my title and paperwork. If there is a problem I wish someone would let me know.

This is my 2nd purchase there, and probably my last. After the first I was covered in constant marketing emails and texts. I had to unsubscribe many times. I made it clear I was not to be contacted before I bought this truck. In the 1st 2 weeks I received offers for new tires (it’s a new truck!) and offers to sell me a new truck. ????? I try not to do business with anyone that can’t respect my time and waste it with their marketing.
Ive worked with Bryan and Stacey both before and both times they were amazing. We all got what we wanted. I got a good price for my trade and good deal on the new vehicle.

My oil change and tire rotation were performed in a timely fashion in accordance with the appointment scheduled.
Brought my car in for a recall item. It was a metal rod for the spare tire lift kit. It could have been handed to me and I just slide it under the seat and left within a few minutes. Instead i waited for over 3.5 hrs.
While car buying can be stressful for many people, if you work with Adnan and Caleb, you've got a set of fellows who can make it... Dare I say... Fun!? This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Butler. It won't be my last, as long as they keep the environment the way it is. Don't forget to negotiate for the best deal. They do want your repeat business.

Vehicle was in there for a repair that turned out to be a recall. Received vehicle back and two weeks later the same issue happened. It was like it was not fixed at all and now creating the issue again. Each time costing lost time from work by not having and available vehicle to use.
Unfortunately the service department put new tires on the vehicle but did not check for front end inline. That will cost me. To have fixed. Other than that all was good

Will never take my car back. To many miscommunication s and rip offs. They never fixed the problem for what I brought the car in for. All so they told me I needed a new battery. I only had the car a few months and I need a battery already smh and the car has a recall and they didn’t fix that either. Never again

A 2 hour wait time is way too long, especially when you have an appointment. My appt. was at 2:00 for an oil change, I didn't get out of there till 3:45.
Oil change and tire rotation and multipoint inspection here was optimal. I dropped it off 15 minutes before my appointment, went to ALDI and Walmart for weekly shopping and when I put the groceries in the house it was ready to pick up.
The service department was very good with the 27 point inspection and the service of an oil change.
