Thanks to Aerial View Camera, taking it from the top means doing it once.
- Four wheel Anti-Lock Braking System - A break in the weather. When you need to stop fast, you can't have it depend on the road and/or weather conditions. Four wheel ABS Brakes pump the brakes more quickly than a driver could, so the wheels won't lock up even if you slam on the brakes. That results in significantly reducing stopping distances and improved steering control. Get the stopping power you need with Four Wheel ABS Brakes.
- 4-wheel disc brakes - covered all the way around. The most basic safety feature of your vehicle is the brakes, and 4-wheel disc brakes have you covered from front to back. Instead of being located on just the front wheels, there are discs on the rear wheels as well, increasing your vehicles ability to slow down quickly without over-heating the braking system. Get stopping power that doesn’t quit with 4-wheel disc brakes.
- 6 airbags - Air on the safe side. Collisions are often unexpected, but you have the peace of mind of extra protection should they occur. When used in combination with your seatbelt, airbags greatly reduce the possibility of serious injury, compared to a vehicle without airbags. Be prepared for the worst with 6 airbags.
- Airbag occupancy sensor - people smart. Airbag occupancy sensor is a smarter way to protect your passenger. Using a sensor to determine the size and position of the passenger, it will deploy the correct airbags with the right intensity in case of a collision. There’s no end to a complete stop with Automatic Vehicle Hold.

These components were made to be more capable and durable, thus reducing costly repairs and prolonging the life of the vehicle. Go ahead and explore because Off-road suspension lives up to its name.
- At highway speeds an engine runs quieter and consumes less fuel when overdrive is engaged. Engine wear is also reduced.
- Rack-and-pinion steering responds quickly to driver input and provides good road feel.
- The radiator prevents the engine from overheating.
- Leaf springs have a simple design that can be built to accommodate very heavy weights or dynamic loads. For heavy vehicles, they have the advantage of spreading the load widely over the vehicle's chassis.
- Springs contribute to the vehicle's handling and braking for good active safety and driving pleasure, and keep vehicle occupants comfortable and reasonably well isolated from road noise, bumps, and vibrations. The suspension also protects the vehicle itself and any cargo or luggage from damage and wear.
- A monobeam axle provides rigidity and strength. It is used by most trucks and large SUVs because it can support heavy loads.
- Sequential shift control - Take control when you want it. Sequential shift control gives you the best attributes of manual and automatic transmissions. With the option to shift manually, you’ll feel the power of the engine as you pick up speed. Or let the transmission do the work for you as you crawl through rush hour traffic. Whether you're in search of thrills or convenience, the choice is yours with sequential shift control.
- Mode selectable transmission - geared towards you. Get the right shift points for your drive with a mode selectable transmission. Whether you’re feeling sporty or carrying a little extra weight, changing gears at the proper time greatly improves performance. Simply select the mode you want, and the automatic transmission will behave accordingly. As your mood shifts, mode selectable transmission does, too.
- Spark ignition provides precise engine ignition, reliability and reduced maintenance costs.
- Speed sensitive power steering - Goes as you go. Making the right moves is easy with speed sensitive power steering. It provides a steering feel appropriate for the different speeds at which you drive; more assistance for slower speeds, and less assistance as you go faster. No matter your speed, you’re never out of turn with speed sensitive power steering.
- Chrome tailpipe finisher - finishing touch. Add some flare to your ride with chrome tailpipe finisher. Attached to the end of the exhaust pipe, it helps your vehicle stand out from the crowd. In terms of style, chrome tailpipe finisher is at the head of the pack.
- Transmission electronic controls contribute to improved fuel efficiency, and enhance shift smoothness by reducing torque at shift points.
- Twin turbo engine - Go fast faster. The two turbos work together to increase efficiency and power output by forcing extra air into the combustion chamber. So when you put the pedal to the metal you're sure to get a response from your twin turbo engine and your adrenaline.
Technology and Telematics
- 4 USB ports - No adaptor needed! You need a charge. You want to hear your music. But your adapter is lost and all you have is a USB cord. That's A-Okay - with 4 USB ports, you can connect and power up anywhere you go.
- Mobile hotspot - WiFi on the fly. Connect your devices to the Internet through your vehicle’s private mobile hotspot and take the internet wherever your journey takes you, without eating up your data allowance. Find the hotspot with mobile hotspot.
- Emergency S.O.S system via mobile device - Help is always at hand. When an emergency occurs every second counts, which is where S.O.S system via mobile device thrives. When it senses airbag deployment, it automatically calls for help and locates the vehicle through GPS. If you need aid for another reason, through your paired mobile device you can call an agent who can summon medical, police, or roadside assistance. You’ll never go it alone with emergency S.O.S system via mobile device
- Wireless connectivity - Strike the cord. Wireless technology makes it easy to place calls without having to fumble with your phone. It integrates your device with the system inside your vehicle for hands-free access. Keep connected and keep your hands on the wheel with wireless connectivity.

Bryan and Stacey made the whole double car buying
Bryan and Stacey made the whole double car buying experience enjoyable. Give them both a raise so that they won't leave you. (That comment was not solicited by them.) Top notch guys! Seriously, they took a situation that I did not think would work and made it work. I will be back in a few years to trade the two cars in for something else.

This is my 2nd purchase there, and probably my last. After the first I was covered in constant marketing emails and texts. I had to unsubscribe many times. I made it clear I was not to be contacted before I bought this truck. In the 1st 2 weeks I received offers for new tires (it’s a new truck!) and offers to sell me a new truck. ????? I try not to do business with anyone that can’t respect my time and waste it with their marketing.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Nick and Jim Butler Chevrolet! 10/10 highly recommend! Nick's professionalism, attention to detail and excellent customer service made this the best possible experience. I took possession of my new Tahoe less than 48 hours after locating the one I wanted at this dealership, and that included driving 4 hours from Indianapolis to get it. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Everyone I encountered went out of their way to assist and made this a truly seamless experience. Thank you!

All depts do not communicate well.
All depts do not communicate well. Within seconds (yes seconds!) of taking delivery of the vehicle, the salesman would not respond. Salesman said that I would have a full tank. I get into the vehicle and prepare seat & mirrors and notice tank is only at 1/2. I text him a pic of the gauge and ask why it wasn't full, while he is still within sight, and no response. I was already tired from waiting 2 hours for them to "detail" the vehicle so I left. The detail was horrible. I believe someone wiped down the interior from the driver seat only, the rear seating area was still a mess. I was promised a 2nd key. Had to call/text over a dozen times and show up in person to ask for a sales manager before I got a real answer and finally scheduled to get a 2nd key made. Then go to get tags and find that the inspection was already expired. Made an appt to get inspections. There early morning and waited. Total wait time for an inspection was 3 hrs. I was told that he forgot to mark the ticket as a 'waiter'. They apologized and offered me a business card to show they owe me a free oil change, but they never gave me the card. Mentioned that I had a sound from transmission at this appt. They said I would have to leave it for a few days to diagnose a transmission noise. So I made that appt. Dropped off for the transmission appt on a Monday. Expected to hear from them by Thursday at latest. Called on Thursday, had to leave a message. Advisor calls me back and tells me that the guy is backed up will get to check it out on Friday. I call them back Friday afternoon and they said that it's more than they can handle and need to have someone else look at it. They tell me that they will send it to another dealer the following week on Tue or Wed. I call multiple times the next Wed & Thurs with no call-back. On Friday I call to ask for Service Manager. He does finally call me back to tell me that it did not get taken to other dealer. He is going to make arrangement for a private mechanic to look it over that specializes in this issue. It sits at this person's residence for over a week. I call every couple days for updates and have to leave messages with advisor & service manager. But calls not returned until the individual is 'done'. He supposedly replaces a part, but it doesn't fix issue. He then just re-programs the transmission computer and it still does not fix the issue. He then says that this noise is the torgue converter slipping but it's normal. So, essentially they took 4 weeks to do about 2 hrs worth of work and decided not to fix the issue. Again communication is almost non-existent here. At the end of the 4 weeks I had left a message to get a callback from the General Manager - Tim Rhame. No one called me. Not even a customer service rep. They take your money at time of sale and you're a distant memory. Held my truck through the end of their dealer warranty period then tell me good luck. This was the 3rd vehicle I had purchased from this dealer and had no issues with sales or service before. But after this joke of an experience, I have no intentions of going back. So far I am owed: a call from the GM, a half tank of gas, a proper detail, and a real diagnosis & repair of the transmission. I bet you anything that I get NONE of these.

We recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV from Jim Butler Chevrolet, and we couldn't be happier with the decision. Our salesperson, Adnan Kahvedzic, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process and made us feel well-taken care of. We did hit a few snags with the license plates since we were dealing with Indiana registration, but the team at Jim Butler was happy to jump in and assist. Adnan was especially proactive in getting us a temporary tag and ensuring all the paperwork was resolved quickly. We love our new car and highly recommend Adnan if you're looking for a seamless, supportive experience. We would definitely buy from this team again!

This was a fleet vehicle purchase, we were in a tough spot and needed a replacement vehicle fast. The fact that Jim Butler had vehicles that fit our needs already in their inventory and on their lot was a major plus. Within two hours of a phone call on a Friday afternoon to check availability, Tyler Ransom had the paperwork finished and I was on the way back to the office, deal done. There was a small blemish from a tie-down strap or something on the tailgate that needed buffed out which Tyler took care of and then delivered the truck to our office on the following Tuesday. Can't say enough about Tyler and the service received.

The whole experience from buying my new truck till now
The whole experience from buying my new truck till now has been a nightmare. The sales guy Tyler who made us the deal was nice but he went on vacation and the guy who took over was unpleasant and rude. I bought the truck on the 16th of September. When I went to pick up the Truck it was dirty and not filled with gas. I said something to Tyler and he told me it would be an hour or longer to get cleaned. Very snoody. I told him that I would wait. November 3rd the transmission went out on the truck and it only had 6k miles on it. The shop had the truck for almost 90 days and the only communication I received was texts from Kayla in the Service Shop. Her communication skills and overall attitude is horrible. I finally got the truck back in the middle of January and then in March my battery went bad. So I had to have it sent back to the shop. So no my experience was awful and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Had a great experience with Jim Butler Chevrolet - Tony Palmer in particular! This was an out-of-state sale in the aftermath of my previous truck being totaled, lots of hurry-up-and-wait with the insurance company and they couldn't have been more patient or accommodating. Tony picked me up from the airport himself and was great to work with overall, a true pro. Stacey did a great job walking me through the finance and warranty options and was, again, super accommodating with the insurance delays on my end. All told, very happy with the truck and the overall sales and purchasing experience - five stars well and truly earned. Thank you!
